Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy We value your time and our commitment to your growth. To ensure the best experience for everyone, please review our policies below: Booking Lead Time: Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to allow for proper preparation for your session. Cancellation & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or move your session, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-Show Policy: Missing a scheduled session without prior notice will result in a forfeiture of the full session fee ($250). Refunds: All coaching sessions and master classes are non-refundable, though session credits may be transferred at our discretion.
