Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Wise Alliance (www.wise-alliance.net), we are dedicated to providing high-value business coaching, sales systems optimization, and consulting services. Because our services involve dedicated time, custom strategy development, and intellectual property, the following policy outlines our terms regarding cancellations, rescheduled sessions, and refunds.
Business Coaching & Consulting Services:
Non-Refundable Services: All coaching sessions, consulting packages, setup fees, and strategy calls are non-refundable once work has commenced or time has been delivered.
Rescheduling Sessions:
We understand that unexpected events occur. If you need to reschedule a 1-on-1 coaching call, please provide at least (24 hours' notice) prior to your scheduled time. Sessions rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.
Package/Retainer Cancellations:
For ongoing monthly coaching or consulting retainers, clients may cancel future renewals by submitting written notice via email to info@wise-alliance.net at least (7 business days) prior to the next billing date. Past billing cycles are non-refundable.
Done-For-You Services (Website Design, CRM Setup & Automations)
Custom Development & Technical Work: Deposits and setup fees paid for custom website design, SEO optimization, speed-to-lead setups, or CRM integrations (such as HubSpot, Jobber, or Housecall Pro) are non-refundable once project kickoff has begun.

Refunds:
General Refund Policy: Except as expressly set forth in a separate written agreement signed by Wise Alliance, all payments made are final and non-refundable.
Chargebacks & Disputes: We encourage clients to contact us directly to address any concerns. Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute without prior communication may result in immediate suspension of services and account termination.
