 1. Services Provided Wise Alliance provides business coaching, sales systems strategy, CRM integration, website optimization, lead generation advisory, and Sales & Leadership coaching tailored for Contractors, Service Professionals, and Women Owned Small Business.

 

2. Payment Terms & Billing All fees for services, coaching packages, or setup solutions are due as outlined in your invoice, service agreement, or website checkout portal. Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Wix Payments). By providing payment information, you authorize Wise Alliance to charge the designated amount.

 

3. Client Responsibility & Results Disclaimer No Earnings Guarantee: Wise Alliance provides tools, frameworks, and strategic guidance to help you build and scale your business. However, individual success depends on your own effort, execution, market conditions, and business model. Wise Alliance does not guarantee specific financial results, revenue increases, or business performance.  Active Participation: Coaching and consulting require active client participation. Failure to implement systems or attend scheduled calls does not entitle the client to a refund.

 

4. Intellectual Property All content on www.wise-alliance.net, including text, graphics, logos, coaching materials, frameworks, and brand assets, is the property of Wise Alliance and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Clients may not redistribute, resell, or reproduce coaching frameworks or materials without prior written consent. 

 

 5. Third-Party Tools & Platforms As part of our services, we may recommend or assist with setting up third-party software (such as HubSpot, Jobber, Housecall Pro, Google Ads, Wix, etc.). Wise Alliance is not responsible or liable for third-party software downtime, policy changes, service interruptions, or subscription fees charged directly by those platforms. 

 

6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wise Alliance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Wise Alliance for the specific service in question. 

 

 7. Termination Wise Alliance reserves the right to terminate access to services or coaching programs immediately if a client engages in unlawful conduct, non-payment, breach of confidentiality, or disrespectful behavior toward staff or community members.

 8. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
